Lol, just got back from my friend’s mom that’s a physiotherapist, been going to her 3-4 times these past 3 months. I tilted my left hip and she just fixed it. She told me that I apparently have hypermobility syndrome, so I’m better to do certain exercises/sports than the other, like, you know, strength training.
Hahaha. Funny. Cus the thing that brought me to do this was the feeling that I’m weak and even weaker after last year’s hospital, and other stuff, so it’s basically 80% mental thing.
Now this news come up and it’s just really discourage me to do anything. WHY? I just want to be healthy. I haven’t been playing bball too in this month cause I sprained my ankle 3 times already within a couple of month. I got it first when I was in HS. It’s still fking stiff. Haha. Mylife.
